The By-Law Committee made the following changes to the by-laws:

Article IV: Relationship with the National and State PTA
Section 13: Changed to Executive Committee from the Executive Board.

Article VI: Officers and Their Election
Section 2: Changed to Executive Committee from the Executive Board.

Article XI: Membership Meetings
Section 1: Change the meeting months to September, December, March and May.
